Stroke - the Hidden Danger of Migraines

Each year, nearly 800,000 people in the United States have a stroke, which is the third-leading cause of death in the U.S. Studies published in the American Journal of Medicine confirms a connection between migraines with aura and ischemic stroke -- the most common form of stroke.

The studies found that migraine with aura sufferers at any age were about twice as likely to suffer an ischemic stroke as people without migraines. It is recommended that those who suffer from migraines should be seeking safe and effective ways to prevent migraines.

In addition, the studies point to evidence that HRT (hormone replacement therapy), including progesterone and estrogen supplementation of any kind as well as birth control pills, rings and patches, may be adding to the possibility of having a stroke.

Simply put, HRT should not be used by women and especially those who suffer from migraines. At Tuliv, we offer a product called Hormonal Peace which can help eliminate or minimize the symptoms of menopause which is the number one reason why most women use hormones and HRT.

The risk of stroke for women who get migraines is too high to be ignored. Since migraine prevention can be achieved through a complete program like that offered by Tuliv Migraine Defense, every effort should be made to avoid migraines.

Any worsening in your migraine pattern may indicate a change that can lead to a chronic condition and the need to reevaluate your migraine prevention program with Tuliv. Call 1-866-367-5953 to visit with a migraine prevention program specialist or send an email to Questions@Tuliv.net. There is currently no cost or obligation for our services.

Since you know others who suffer from migraines and may be at risk for stoke, please forward this important message to them.
